Ventilated dryers
Ventilated oven driers have been specially designed to rapidly dry any type or shape of object, including jewellery, watch parts, printed circuits, glass, dental tools, ceramic materials, scientific components, lenses, eyeglass frames, etc.
The objects are inserted into the drying chamber through the convenient top opening and placed in special baskets or hung on hook supports that can be supplied on request.
The fan heater inside the machine generates the drying hot air stream.
The machine is equipped with forced air recirculation to reduce energy consumption to an absolute minimum.
Our 100% stainless steel ventilated oven driers are supplied with a cover and internal heat insulation.
All machines are also equipped with a digital thermostat to regulate temperatures up to 200° C, in addition to an analog timer to set the drying time.

The ventilated oven driers are available in 3 models:
VC.25, VC.50, VC.100
The overall dimensions and measurements of the drying chamber are identical to the respective ultrasonic washer models, i.e. 25 RSC, 50 RSC, 100 RSC, that are also available in our catalogue. In this way you can create completely modular washing and drying lines.
