THE DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSOR IS:
REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
The interested party cannot refuse to provide the Data Controller with the personal data necessary to comply with the legal provisions regulating commercial transactions and taxation. The provision of further personal data may be necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of the transaction. Therefore, refusal to provide the data necessary by law will prevent the processing of orders; while the provision of further data may compromise in whole or in part the processing of other requests and the quality and efficiency of the transaction itself.
People who operate in the name and on behalf of legal entities may refuse to provide the Data Controller with their personal data. However, the provision of these is necessary for the correct and efficient management of the contractual relationship. Therefore, any refusal to provide data could compromise the contractual relationship in whole or in part.

LOGIMEC srl , with registered office in S.S.Solero, 19 - zona ind. D/4 -15048 Valenza (AL), as Data Controller, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 informs that the data will be processed according to the principles established by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation EU 679/2016), or in compliance with the principle of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, limitation of purposes and conservation, data minimization , accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

DATA CONTROLLER AND RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME IS:
SOURCE OF THE PROCESSED DATA
The Data Controller processes navigation data and personal data provided spontaneously by the interested party during:
- visits to the offices or telephone calls;
- request for quotes or proposal of offers;
- previous transactions.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
Personal data voluntarily provided will be processed for the purposes indicated below. With regards to browsing data: allow the user to browse the website of the Data Controller; carry out statistical research/analysis on aggregate or anonymous data, without the possibility of identifying the Visitor, aimed at measuring the functioning, traffic and interest of the Site itself; fulfill legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject.
With regards to personal, identification and contact data: in execution of the contract between the interested party and LOGIMEC srl or in execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party for:
- carry out administrative-accounting activities strictly connected and instrumental to fiscal and bureaucratic obligations and the organizational management of the requested services; -exchange information, including pre- and post-contractual activities;
- provide the requested services and protect the credit positions deriving from them;
- formalize requests for information, prepare estimates or offers, manage negotiations and pre-contractual relationships;
- formulate requests or process requests received.
DISSEMINATION AND COMMUNICATION OF DATA
The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be disclosed, or will not be disclosed to indeterminate subjects, in any possible form, including that of making them available or simple consultation.
The data is communicated to the recipients to the extent strictly necessary in relation to the aforementioned purposes. They may be communicated to workers who work for the Data Controller; in particular, based on the roles and tasks performed, some of them have been legitimized to process personal data, within the limits of their competences and in accordance with the instructions given. They may also be communicated, within the strictly necessary limits, to external parties who collaborate with the Owner and to parties who, for the purpose of providing services relating to the transaction or contractual relationship with the Owner, must supply goods and/or perform services or services. Furthermore, they may be communicated to subjects entitled to access them pursuant to legal provisions, regulations and community regulations.
Finally, the data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:
- subjects who provide services for the management of the information system used and for the operation of the Site;
- freelancers, studios or companies in the context of tax and labor law assistance and consultancy relationships;
- credit institutions;
- competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.
DATA TRANSFER
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third Countries or to international organisations. However, we reserve the right to use cloud services; in which case, the service providers will be selected from among those who provide adequate guarantees, as required by the art. 46 GDPR 679/16.
METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE
The processing will be carried out in an automated and/or manual manner, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by subjects specifically appointed for this purpose in compliance with the provisions of the art. 4 and the accountability principle of the G.D.P.R.
The Data Controller stores and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated, or to carry out what is requested by the user. Subsequently, the personal data will be stored, and not further processed, for the time established by current civil and tax provisions.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Pursuant to GDPR 679/2016, the interested party has the right of access (art. 15), right of rectification (art. 16), right of cancellation (art. 17), right to limit processing (art. 18), right to portability (art. 20), right to object (art. 21), right to object to the automated decision-making process (art. 22).
In order to assert their rights, the interested party can contact the data controller specifying the subject of his request, the right he intends to exercise and attaching a photocopy of an identity document certifying the legitimacy of the request to the following address:

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT AND PROPOSAL OF COMPLAINT
With reference to the art. 6 of GDPR 679/16, the interested party can revoke the consent given at any time, except for that relating to the communication of data to third parties required by law, the failure to transmit which could compromise the provision of the service in whole or in part.
The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the State of residence.
