Steam jet cleaning is a highly effective cleaning method for reviving samples, removing wax residue from models, and eliminating traces of soldering flux.

In dentistry, it is widely used for decontaminating metal frameworks, cleaning models, washing instruments and instruments, and removing casting residue. Generally, saturated steam is also suitable for polishing objects, as the parts are always kept perfectly dry.
Our steam cleaners stand out for their ability to produce "saturated" steam, i.e., completely moisture-free steam at a pressure of 6 bar. This is an essential condition for achieving quick and thorough cleaning.
Our generators are reliable, safe, and compact, suitable for a thousand different applications, and are available in two versions:

E 5003
It is an economical, compact, and easy-to-use steam generator. The appliance is equipped with an exclusive boiler water level control system that automatically stops heating when the water level is at a minimum. A red light warns the operator to refill the boiler using the tap on the appliance.
In this appliance, the boiler can only be refilled when the machine is off and there is no pressure.
Standard equipment: funnel to be inserted into the tap for refilling water and 1-liter graduated jug. 1.

E 5004
This is the most complete version of our steam generators.
This model is equipped with an electronic level control and a pump that automatically fills the boiler by drawing water from the built-in tank above the appliance.
A warning light and an acoustic alarm alert the operator when the tank needs to be refilled.
This method allows for virtually unlimited working autonomy as the built-in tank can be filled with water at any time, even when the machine is pressurized.
The E 5004 is ideal for those who require continuous operation from the machine without pauses for refilling.
