PICKLING TANKS

Pickling is an essential process for removing the oxidation patina present on the surface of precious metals after melting. This process is typically performed by immersing the objects in an acid solution.

Our bleaching tanks, available in 3.5E and 10.5E models, are ideal for carrying out pickling operations in precious metal processing under maximum safety conditions. Made of 304 stainless steel, they are suitable for the use of environmentally friendly products in compliance with current legislation.
Their use does not require the use of extractor hoods or protective masks for the operator.
The objects are placed in a stainless steel basket supplied with the machine and immersed in the tank with the pickling solution.
Heating and maintaining a constant temperature of the bath is ensured by a heating element with a fixed thermostat (70°C) (except the 10.5 E model, which has an adjustable thermostat from 0 to 80°C.)
