WAX INJECTORS

The lost-wax casting method is widely used in the jewelry industry, where it is important to create wax models with perfectly homogeneous surfaces, free of porosity and air bubbles.

To meet these needs, our injectors were designed with the advice of goldsmith experts, seeking to solve the common drawbacks of wax casting, such as the stability and uniformity of the temperature in the molten wax mass, the regulation of its pressure, and the precision of the diffusion nozzles.
To achieve these goals, we have adopted aluminum alloy tanks, heated by a band resistor that surrounds them around their entire circumference.
This ensures a uniform temperature throughout the wax contained within.
The precise setting and control of the temperature are entrusted to a Digital thermostat, while particular attention was paid to the design of the injection valve with power reserve, which allows for uneven and bubble-free wax jets. Pressure retention is ensured by an exclusive hermetic lid closure system.
Our injectors are available in two models with 1500 and 2500 cc tanks.
