The new ultrasonic cleaning machines marked with the "HD" initials seal Logimec's new direction in the production of ultrasonic cleaners. All models meet the highest quality standards, offering compact and reliable equipment that is indispensable for the fast, deep cleaning of any object with an irregular surface or a particularly complex geometric shape.
This new line represents the natural evolution of previous models through a series of major upgrades. Chief among these is the adoption of a powerful microprocessor combined with sophisticated, exclusive Logimec software. This system allows our equipment to automatically adapt to the best cleaning frequency based on variable parameters, such as the temperature of the cleaning liquid, its level, and the volume of the parts to be washed.
Exclusively in the 16-liter to 200-liter models dedicated to the industrial sector—and in addition to the automatic adjustment of the operating frequency (which comes standard on all models)—we have modified the ultrasonic generator software to produce an intermediate 150 Hz "sweep." This sweep is designed to automatically cover all the requirements of the various materials being cleaned. This automated feature increases cleaning performance by "breaking up" the standing waves created inside the tank, and is managed independently by the electronic board.
