A single machine for two different working methods thanks to the conversion kit included as standard. Instant temperature setting and reading via digital thermostat. Analog timer for quick setting of vulcanization time.
Two different working methods.
METHOD 1): The heating plates (2-5) transmit the heat required for vulcanization to the bracket (4), while the central piston (3), being able to descend inside the bracket, compresses the rubber matrix (6). This configuration is ideal for the use of cylindrical or rectangular brackets with metal shims sliding inside (7-8) Pressure screw. (1).
METHOD 2): By attaching the supplied KIT (3) to the upper heating plate (2) using the screws (7), the central piston's ability to descend is blocked. In this configuration, the upper heating plate takes on the function of transmitting the heat necessary for vulcanization and compressing the rubber matrix (6).
