The company LOGIMEC srl , with registered office in S.S.Solero, 19 - zona ind. D/4 -15048 Valenza (AL), as Data Controller, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 informs that the data will be processed in accordance with the principles established by the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016), namely in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose and storage limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

SOURCE OF THE DATA PROCESSED

The Data Controller processes browsing data and personal data voluntarily provided by the interested party during:

- visits to offices or telephone calls;
- requests for quotes or offers;
- previous transactions.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

Personal data voluntarily provided will be processed for the purposes indicated below. Regarding browsing data: to allow the user to navigate the Data Controller's website; to perform statistical research/analysis on aggregate or anonymous data, without the possibility of identifying the Visitor, aimed at measuring the functioning, traffic, and interest of the Website itself; Comply with legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject.

Regarding personal, identifying, and contact data: in performance of the contract between the data subject and LOGIMEC srl or in performance of pre-contractual measures adopted at the data subject's request to:

- carry out administrative and accounting activities strictly connected and instrumental to tax and bureaucratic obligations and the organizational management of the requested services;

- provide the requested services and protect the resulting credit positions;

- formalize requests for information, prepare quotes or offers, manage negotiations and pre-contractual relationships;

- formulate requests or process incoming requests.

DATA TRANSFER

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations. However, it reserves the right to use cloud services; in this case, service providers will be selected from those who provide adequate guarantees, as required by Article 46 of GDPR 679/16.

DISPUSION AND COMMUNICATION OF DATA

The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be disseminated, i.e., will not be disclosed to unspecified parties, in any form, including making them available or simply for consultation.

The data is communicated to recipients to the extent strictly necessary in relation to the aforementioned purposes. It may be communicated to workers employed by the Data Controller; in particular, based on their roles and duties, some of them have been authorized to process personal data, within the limits of their responsibilities and in accordance with the instructions given. They may also be communicated, to the extent strictly necessary, to external parties who collaborate with the Data Controller and to parties who, for the purpose of fulfilling service obligations relating to the transaction or contractual relationship with the Data Controller, must supply goods and/or perform tasks or services. They may also be disclosed to parties authorized to access them pursuant to provisions of law, regulations, and EU legislation.

Finally, the data may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:

- parties providing services for the management of the information system used and for the operation of the Site;

- freelancers, firms, or companies providing tax and labor law assistance and consultancy;

- credit institutions;

- competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.

METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE

The processing will be carried out automatically and/or manually, using methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed to do so in compliance with the provisions of Article 4 and the accountability principle of the GDPR.

The Data Controller retains and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the indicated purposes or to carry out the user's requests. Subsequently, the personal data will be retained, and not further processed, for the period established by current civil and tax provisions.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to GDPR 679/2016, the data subject has the right of access (Article 15), the right to rectification (Article 16), the right to erasure (Article 17), the right to restriction of processing (Article 18), the right to data portability (Article 20), the right to object (Article 21), and the right to object to automated decision-making (Article 22).

To exercise their rights, the data subject may contact the data controller, specifying the subject of their request, the right they intend to exercise, and attaching a photocopy of an identity document certifying the legitimacy of the request, at the following address:

REVOCATION OF CONSENT AND LODGING A COMPLAINT

With reference to Art. 6 of GDPR 679/16, the data subject may revoke the consent given at any time, except for the disclosure of data to third parties required by law, the failure to provide which could compromise the provision of the service in whole or in part.

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the country of residence.

REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA

The interested party may not refuse to provide the Data Controller with the personal data necessary to comply with the laws governing commercial transactions and taxation. Providing additional personal data may be necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of the transaction. Therefore, refusal to provide the data required by law will prevent orders from being processed; while providing additional data may compromise, in whole or in part, the processing of other requests and the quality and efficiency of the transaction itself.

Persons acting in the name and on behalf of legal entities may refuse to provide their personal data to the Data Controller. However, providing such data is necessary for the correct and efficient management of the contractual relationship. Therefore, any refusal to provide data may compromise the contractual relationship in whole or in part.
